Admission is open to all, irrespective of caste, colour or creed. The school makes a very careful selection of the pupils and demands high standard in ideals and conduct. The following procedure are to be followed with regard to admission and withdrawal.
Admission
* Completed application form should be submitted to the office. The Principal shall interview the candidate and if found fit, shall grant admission. A test will be conducted for those who come from other schools. * A pupil who takes admission for KG must produce an official birth certificate at the time of the interview. * A pupil who had his studies in other schools must bring the transfer certificate and progress report from the school last attended. * The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate whose admission is considered undesirable for valid reasons. * The minimum age required for admission to LKG is 4 years and to Standard 1 is 6 years as on the 1st June. |
Withdrawals* A Calendar month's advance notice should be given in writing by the parent/guardian before withdrawing a pupil from the School. * T.C. or other certificates shall not be issued unless all the dues to the school are cleared and books, if any, returned to the library. * The Principal reserves the right to ask a parent/guardian to withdraw his/her child if he finds that the child does not fit into the regulation of the school or is incapable of coping with the curriculum. * A fee shall be charged for issuing a duplicate copy of the leaving certificates. An affidavit duly signed before the Second Class Magistrate/Notary Public shall also have to be submitted along with the application. * Application for any certificate from the school shall be given to the office two days earlier. |
