The principle aim of Thapovan Educational and Charitable Trust is to impart sound education to the boys and girls of all communities irrespective of caste, color or creed and to prepare them to live and act as useful citizens of free and secular India.

I took over the charge as the Principal of Thapovan on January 2014. It was really a tough time for me to address and resolve multifaceted challenges the school has hitherto ever faced since the day of its existence. Several innovative measures have been implemented in the administrative academic and non-academic areas to drive the school to become one par excellent.
Digital class rooms are the Technology-Enabled classrooms where student learning is fully supported through strategic use of information and communication technologies.
Our well-planned kindergarten program provides suitable challenging activities and materials for each child.

Fr. Dr. Rege Mathew completed his BD (Bachelor of Divinity) Degree from Kottayam Orthodox Theological Seminary in 1983 after which he was ordained as a Priest by H.H. Baselious Marthoma Mathew II. He took his Master’s degree in History and International Relation from VSSD College, Kanpur University in 1985. He secured his B.Ed. and M.Ed. degrees with distinction from Sohanlal DAV College of Education Ambala Cantt, Kurukshetra University. He was the Manager and Principal of Kanpur St. Mary’s School affiliated to CBSE from 1985-1989. During this time he had been the Priest of St. Mary’s Church as well. He also served as the Principal of Holy Angel’s School, Rajpura, Punjab and the Priest of St. Thomas Church from 1990-93.

Our classroom, naughty pranks, the carefree atmosphere and teachers who made us step back and realize all the positive things we had in life were the priceless aspects of Thapovan life. Learning was a new experience in Thapovan.
I became more active reaching Thapovan Public school. I got orientation classes and 24x7 help from my professional and skilled teachers. A big salute to my teachers.
